Terms and Conditions

  1. Participation in Jabra Elite 5 Lucky Draw
    • This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Setelco Communications Pte Ltd “Setelco”.
    • Employees and agents of Setelco that are related and connected to the operation of the lucky draw are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
    • By registering or taking part of this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions and the decision of Setelco in relations with this Lucky Draw.
    • Participants of the Lucky Draw agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, stored, used by Setelco and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting this Lucky Draw.

 

  1. Eligibility
    • The Lucky Draw is open to all customers (“Customers”) that purchase the Jabra Elite 7 Active from Authorised retailers* in Singapore.
    • Purchase of the Jabra Elite 7 Active must fall within the Lucky Draw period from 1st November 2022, 00:00AM to 13th December 2022, 23:59PM local time.
    • Customers will need to visit https://bit.ly/vote-your-champion to cast a vote for the football champion.
    • Customer will need to provide their proof of purchase upon verification when required.

 

  1. Qualifying
    • Eligible Lucky Draw Customers that casted for the winning football champion will be qualified for the Lucky Draw to win a Jabra Elite 5 worth $228.
    • Setelco will be choosing 3 winners of the Jabra Elite 5 by random on 8th January 2023.

 

  1. General
    • All winners will be notified by call and/or email address on 8th January 2023.
    • Setelco reserves the right to replace the prize with similar value should the prize be unavailable at the time of the Lucky Draw announcement.
    • Setelco accepts no responsibility for any incorrect submission or any incompletion due to technical fault or server failure of any kind
    • Setelco reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, or amend the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw when necessary.
    • The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
